You could play for over 200 hours and still have side quests left to finish.
You can play that for a very long time. It is a massive game. Nintendo is (in)famous for its use of motion- and gesture-based controls in its consoles, with no exception on the Switch. If you played Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, you should be familiar with the new ways to control Skyrim. You’ll get summaries like “Played for 100 hours or more” and “Played for a little while.” 100-200 hours of gameplay if you spend time collecting blades. Pretty anime type graphics and nice cutscenes. Personally i´m getting both.

Stopped playing Skyrim after a couple of hours on ps4 and sold this Version in expectation of the Switch one. 60-90 hours of alot of strategy rpg goodness. I've played easily 1000 hours of Skyrim between Switch and other platforms and personally prefer the vanilla game without mods. Also never played Doom.
If you owned Skyrim before i would also go with Doom.
The Switch version is the enhanced special edition that comes with all of the patches as of that time plus all three official expansions. You've got hundreds to thousands of hours of gameplay to enjoy. The hours are given for each game, but the time count isn’t super specific. Skyrim for obvious reasons.
